Listening to music can turn a daily mile slog into an endorphin high dance/run party! I listen to music on almost every run. It can completely change my mood and how I feel about my workout. Truth be told, I have VERY random taste in music. I like everything! One thing that ties my running tunes together is a beat that gets me moving!
